Bookings and Enquiries
All journeys with Airport Transfers Rossendale must be booked in advance. Bookings can be made by phone, email, or through our website enquiry form. Once your booking details are confirmed, we will provide you with the agreed pick-up time and price.

Pick-Up Times and Delays

For airport collections, we monitor flight arrivals where possible. Reasonable delays due to flight changes are accommodated, but extended waiting times may incur a charge.
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with sufficient notice may not incur a charge, depending on the circumstances and time of cancellation.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
Luggage and Passengers
Customers must ensure that the number of passengers and amount of luggage declared at the time of booking are accurate. We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle booked is unsuitable due to incorrect information being provided.
Drivers will assist with loading and unloading luggage where required.
Customer Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully during their journey. Airport Transfers Rossendale reserves the right to refuse or terminate a journey if passenger behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or unlawful.
Any damage caused to the vehicle may be charged to the customer.
